THE RULES

(1) CBN is a business which provides a service - a forum for networking. Every member is a customer, and shall be treated as such. All suggestions and complaints should be directed to the President of the Network.

(2) Meetings will follow the Calendar and Agenda provided annually on November 1 for the following calendar year.

(3) A continental breakfast will be provided at every meeting. We are not a breakfast club, and food is provided only as a convenience to the members. If you have a suggestion about the quality of breakfast, it will be attentively listened to and ultimately ignored.

(4) There is a $100.00 application fee which will be refunded if a membership application is not accepted. The network dues will be $115.00 per quarter, payable January 1, April 1, June 1, and October 1, and will be pro-rated if necessary. Dues will not be changed without thirty days written notice to all members. There is a $5.00 fee for guests, to cover the cost of the meeting room. Guests may attend two meetings per year without joining the network. All non-breakfast events, such as golf outings and parties, will be priced and billed separately.

(5) There will be only one member per business category. If an application is considered which entails a possible overlap with a pre-existing member, that member will be consulted and have an absolute right to reject the potentially overlapping application.

(6) Attendance is optional. In the event the membership determines that a member's lack of attendance is negatively affecting the group, that member will be advised of the group's position and advised in writing that he had better participate. Management reserves the right to terminate a membership at any time without notice.
