Bernie Pierce, AirFlow Technologies

Bernard Pierce has worked in manufacturing and suppy management roles around the world for more than 35 years, establishing new plants in Singapore, the US, and Mexico. Pierce has received numerous awards, including the Distinguished Hoosier Award from Gov. Frank O'Bannon, and the Outstanding Leadership Award from the Indiana Electronics Manufacturing Association.

Pierce is owner of AFT Products, maker of the Air Flow Breeze.

Milton O. Thompson
President of the Grand Slam Companies

Milton O. Thompson is Of Counsel with SweetinBleeke and has over 25 years of experience as an attorney in Indiana. Milt began his career as a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney for Marion County where he tried many jury trials. He is the president and CEO of Grand Slam - a sports, entertainment and recreation management consulting firm. He graduated from Wittenberg University with a B.A. in Political Science and Philosophy and from Indiana University-Bloomington School of Law. He is a certified Contract Advisor with the NFL and NBA Players Association, and Board Member of the Indianapolis Indians Baseball Club. Milt is especially known for his work in community development, sports and recreation-planning, and in building community collaborations through effective partnerships. He served as President and Interim Director of Big Brothers while merging with Big Sisters to create Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Indiana, and played a key role in negotiating the merger between the Legacy Fund and the Indianapolis Foundation in 1997 to create the Central Indiana Community Foundation. His commitment to the community is attested to by his many civic involvements ranging from Federal Court-appointed trustee of the Indianapolis Foundation to serving as the President of the Indiana University School of Law Board of Visitors, the former General Counsel to the Pan American Games, and Vice President of Indiana Sports Corporation. Milt's honors include the 2004 Business & Philanthropy Award from the National Center for Black Philanthropy, Washington, DC, and listing as one of "Indiana Super Lawyers", Indianapolis Monthly Magazine, March 2005 and recognized as a 2009 Indiana Top 100 Black Male by the 100 black MEN organization.
